Reach your target market
: exhibit at the Healing and Treating Trauma, Addictions, and Related Disorders Conference. It is estimated that the Conference will be attended by 500 or more mental health professionals including: therapists, counsellors, mental health workers, social workers, psychiatric nurses, physicians, family therapists, rehabilitation/vocation counselors, employee assistance counsellors and others.


WHAT IS PROVIDED

• One six-foot draped table will be provided for your use in an area adjacent to the main ballroom, creating informal interaction with participants during the Conference from Wednesday, November 17th to Friday, November 19th (days 2 – 4)

• Two free 4-day seats to the Conference, a $1200 value

• Limited advertising: mention on the front cover of the Conference binder given to participants, mention on our website (www.jackhirose.com), mention on Conference signage.


EXHIBIT HOURS

Tables will be available from 7:00 am on November 17th and must be dismantled at the end of the Conference on November 19th. Please note there will be no exhibiting on November 16th (day 1) of the Conference.


Fees

$3,000
Payment must be made in advance to confirm space. Space is limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
